We offer several different styles of steel cable railings, of which you’ll be certain to find one that fits your aesthetic, budget and design.

Things to consider when installing a cable railing system:

• Thickness of cable.
  • The thickness of the cable can have a dramatic impact on the look you’re wanting to accomplish. Residential steel cable is typically 1/8” stainless cable, while 1/4” is typically used for commercial applications. Thicker, 3/16” cable can be used as well if you prefer a more obvious wire. 1/4″ is best for minimalist viewing impact.
  • Depending on the look you’re going for, you may prefer a thicker, or thinner wire. While we are out looking at your job, we will go over all of your cable options.
• Style of posts
  • Strand cable can be affixed to many different styles of posts including wood, steel and aluminum railings. The type of post you choose can have an impact on the overall look of your finished project. We can show you many different styles.
